“Grieving, when properly utilized can bring you more alive." My practice centers on a holistic approach that analyzes the client's issues on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level by holding a heart-centered space for the client's healing and to support clients in integrating their loss. I like to empower clients with real life tools he/she can utilize with day-to-day coping skills to work through and integrate the grief. Specialties I am a grief and loss counselor with specialities in perinatal loss (miscarriage, infertility) and chronic illness loss (cancer) , and pet loss (including anticipatory loss).
